Golden Bonnet is a sweet heat finishing seasoning. That heat comes from the Aji Amarillo pepper, which has a similar flavor profile to a Scotch Bonnet, but with about 1/3 of the heat. 80,000-100,00 scovilles is still pretty spicy, but that heat is nicely balanced by the sweetness from pineapple juice powder and honey.

Try it in chicken, tuna, or egg salad, as a glaze, in salsas, guacamole, or stirfrys!
